I came in to Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg 6 months ago, basically a walking wreck. I am 70 years old with significant arthritis and many injuries from years as a professional horse trainer. I rode multiple horses a day and my job was often to deal with problem horses. Ive been going to various chiropractors for 15 years to try to help with problems for my hip,back and neck. The pain would subside for a short time but never really stop. After getting x-rays Dr. Baker was able to point to the cause of most of my issues. I had never received this service from a chiropractor and it felt empowering to have the knowledge to move forward. It also was validating to know why I’ve been hurting so bad. It’s been a little under two months and honestly I feel like I’m getting my body back to how I felt 20 years ago. Upper Cervical of Spartanburg has been a great experience. I've known about my problems due to the pain and stiffness, and have "maintained" for years-I'm a very active 60 year old guy. They gave a very comprehensive evaluation-I have more than a few issues- and the plan that was chosen has helped me live a much better-quality life without dealing with the pains of "maintaining." I was in a mountain bike accident years ago. The Doctors thought I would be paralyzed but fortunately I was not). However my neck would literally lock up every now and then freaking me out. I have discovered The Blair technique and the team at Upper Cervical have been life saving! I no longer experience the locks and am able to workout and enjoy life like normal again!
