Hi, I’m Rory Ford! I’m someone who loves people, loves encouraging others, and always wants to make someone feel welcome and cared for. I take a lot of pride in my role because I know that even the small things—listening to someone, making them laugh, remembering something important to them, or simply being there—can make a difference. Being part of those moments and celebrating their wins with them is something that means a lot to me.

 Outside of work, I’m a huge animal lover, I love to travel and experience new places, and I am always down to try some good food! I love making memories, having fun, and trying new things. I also have a big heart for encouraging and inspiring others to see the good in themselves and to keep becoming the best version of who they are.

 At the end of the day, I’m just someone who loves people, loves making connections, and feels lucky to have a job where I get to be part of something bigger than myself.
